Rosemary was proactive and professional from the start. She provided more comparables than anyone else, and was realistic about our prospects while remaining positive. We sold during the end of a good buying period, and had to drop the price a couple of times but she negotiated a fair deal with the eventual buyer. Before we hired her, she provided us good advice, and once we hired her she hit the ground running. Her network of contractors and other services was professional and reasonably priced. She provided some services out of pocket that we didn't expect but were grateful for! She was very responsive to questions and comments and communicated efficiently and clearly with us. She was assertive with buyers who didn't understand the market, and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind. Highly recommended!
