David grew up in North Dighton, MA, and his family summered at New Silver Beach in North Falmouth (long before he was born), where he now resides. His introduction to real estate came at a young age when he managed his family's summer rental in New Silver Beach.

In 1988, David purchased his first multi-family property. This initial investment only strengthened his interest in real estate and led him to buy, manage, and sell several additional properties over the years, including condos, single-family homes, and a commercial 12-unit apartment building. He personally managed every aspect of these properties—from renting units and collecting rent to tenant relations, property maintenance, repairs, and major remodeling projects. Most recently, in 2021–2022, David served as the General Contractor, overseeing the complete knockdown and rebuild of his current home in New Silver Beach.

His personal real estate experience has given him a deep understanding of property values, market trends, rental rates, and the art of negotiation. It has also made him well-versed in working with property owners, real estate agents, tenants, and contractors.

David is committed to providing reliable, honest, and responsive service, whether clients are looking for a property manager for rental properties or someone to guide them through the purchase or sale of a home. He continually monitors the ever-changing real estate market to keep his clients informed every step of the way.

As a longtime Falmouth resident, Wendy Vogel combines local knowledge with a strong background in real estate, finance, construction, and home staging to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions.

Wendy earned an MBA in Finance from Babson College and also holds degrees from Bridgewater State University and Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Before joining Shore Road Realty, she spent nearly a decade with Keller Williams and another nine years with William Raveis, building a reputation for thoughtful guidance, professionalism, and exceptional client service.

In addition to being a licensed Massachusetts Realtor®, Wendy holds a Construction Supervisor's License and is a Certified Staging Professional. Her understanding of home construction, presentation, and market value allows her to help sellers showcase their homes to their greatest advantage while helping buyers recognize a property's true potential.

When she's not working with clients, Wendy enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating along Cape Cod's picturesque coastline, and painting the natural beauty of the Cape. An award-winning local artist, she has a unique eye for light, color, and design—an artistic perspective that often helps clients envision the possibilities in every home.

Jacquie Casey has been a trusted real estate professional for over 35 years, serving Greater Boston and now specializing in Chatham and the Cape Cod market. Known for her success in selling high-end properties, Jacquie combines deep market knowledge with a personal touch. 

An active member of the Chatham community, she has served as a docent for the historic Mayo House, past chair of the Chatham Cultural Council, and past Chair of Ways and Means for the Women’s Club of Chatham. 

She has also delivered meals-on-wheels to local seniors.
