​​I grew up in North Dighton, MA and my family summered at New Silver Beach in North Falmouth (long before I was born) and where I currently reside today.  My first introduction to real estate was at a young age when I managed a summer rental in New Silver Beach for my family.   

 

In 1988, I bought my first multi-family property. This initial investment only bolstered my interest in real estate and led me to buy, manage and sell several additional properties over the years, from condos and single-family homes to a commercial 12-unit apartment building.  I self-managed all of them, from the renting of units, collecting rent, tenant relations, property maintenance and repairs, and handling some larger remodeling efforts.  Most recently, in 2021-2022, I acted as the General Contractor and oversaw and led a massive knock down/rebuild of our current home in New Silver Beach.

 

My personal real estate accomplishments have helped me establish a deep understanding of property markets, including property values, trends, and rental rates.  It also has made me well-versed in the art of negotiation, a skill that proves to be invaluable when dealing with property owners, Real Estate Agents, tenants and contractors/vendors.
